When did the first blockchain come into being? Who invented it? Most people associate the concept of blockchain with Bitcoin and therefore with the mysterious Satoshi Nakamoto. But we must also look further back in history. And perhaps even much further back. To the early 1990s? Or even to the very beginning of history?
Vincent Pignon, founder and CEO of Wecan Group explains: “The blockchain supports the automatic execution of transactions and their storage in an immutable way. We will allow people to access an Oracle – a decentralised database that is a reliable and secure source of information.”
